The location and the style of the hotel
We were there for 3 o'clock check in. Rooms were not cleaned yet so we had to sit in lobby along with about 20 other people waiting to check in for about an hour.
Great breakfast, close to beach, indoor pool
It was right by the beach so we did not have to pay to park we could just walk over. It was also very close to pleasure peer
No room to park, I had to park on the road a little ways away.

Poor Customer Service and Inflexible
I booked through Priceline last minute and got my day wrong. I immediately called Priceline to correct the night and they were willing to change the night no problem if the receptionist agreed to do so. I was literally standing in front of the receptionist during her conversation with the Priceline rep and despite there being a ton of availability (off-season at the beach) she would not authorize the change because she is not the manager. So I asked here what she does when a manager approval is needed during the evening and she got so frustrated with me she would not let me pay for the additional night. She basically kicked me out.
Well, upon reserving, we had intended on staying. We then encountered a family emergency, therefore could no longer stay. We called customer service through Kayak, where we had rented the room. They were more than willing to switch our room to a different date. It was set, until my husband received a call from Kayak, saying that COUNTRY INN AND SUITES would not honor the stay (which was already done). Therefore we lost all of our money. This is by far the worst treatment to customers who were more than willing to change the date and still stay in the hotel. Had we known we could've at least tried to give the room stay to someone we knew perhaps. We will never use Country Inn and Suites.
Location was the only good thing
Had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in when we arrived at 250 only to find moldy fruit and other items left in room from previous visitors, beds looked like the sheets weren't changed in weeks, key didnt work for the pool just to name a few things
