Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews consistently highlight the hotel's convenient location near the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, which many found to be a major advantage. However, the overwhelming majority of guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained linens, mold, bugs, and trash left behind. Service was also a major concern, with numerous reports of rude or unhelpful staff and poor maintenance responses. The pool was mentioned several times, often negatively due to cleanliness issues or being too cold. While a few guests appreciated the breakfast and found the price reasonable, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service were dominant.

Pros (+) The location and the style of the hotel
Cons (-) We were there for 3 o'clock check in. Rooms were not cleaned yet so we had to sit in lobby along with about 20 other people waiting to check in for about an hour.
