everything was good but the room was dirty and didn't work properly - bedside lights, basin blocked, dirty stains on the chairs
see above ! and, if you ask for 2 single beds you need 2 single beds not jammed together with one person having face against the wall ...
The continental breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices
my cooked breakfast was disappointing
Nice location, clean hotel, but still lacking some of that 5 stat character. Breakfast a slight disappointment. Not a 5 start experience.
Breakfast not top notch, fridge did not work... small details addibg up.
Rooms were lovely and beds very comfy. Bathroom very modern and shower was amazing.
Requested an iron in the room prior to arrival but it wasn't there. The heating came on at 6am and was very noisy. This woke my partner and I up and we couldn't get back to sleep with the noise. The tea/coffee machine in the room did not work. Left my straighteners behind in the room but when I contacted the hotel to enquire about this they said they checked and they were not there. That is a mystery to me.
Hotel is in a great location, the staff is great and the property is very well maintained. And the jars of candy at the reception area were a nice daily bonus! Our room had a great view of the city. The bar is fun on weekends.
Rooms have almost no drawer or shelf space. There is adequate hanging room, but plan to live out of your suitcase.
