Pros (+) The people we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated everyone's kindness and understanding on a mildly stressful travel day.
Cons (-) The late night room service menu was very limited, expensive, and we're not sure we got everything we ordered. We ordered 2 sandwiches and got what looked like 2 halves. They were supposed to come with crisps, but we didn't get those.
