Pros: The young man who eventually assisted us was helpful and cordial.
Cons: Upon arrival, we were told by a supervisor/ manager (name beginning with P) that the car which we had reserved online (Nissan Nivara) does not exist in their EL collection! We were offered a small utility van with canopy instead . Upon declining and asking for a sedan instead, he refused, saying there were no other cars available. Eventually, he referred us to his younger colleague and we were offered the "last available" VW Polo. The car had so many scratches and bumps on its exterior, it was not worth the paper of the "pre-inspection" form. Inside, it had a damp, musty smell and graffiti on the sun shades. When driven, it had squiling brakes and suffered roll-back, even when handbrake was lifted! That we paid over R700 (excluding other costs) to hire this non-roadworthy wreck felt like daylight robbery!

Pros: El joven que finalmente nos atendió fue servicial y cordial.
Cons: Al llegar, un supervisor / gerente (nombre que comienza con P) nos dijo que el automóvil que habíamos reservado en línea (Nissan Nivara) no existe en su colección EL. Nos ofrecieron una pequeña furgoneta utilitaria con dosel en su lugar. Al declinar y pedir un sedán, se negó y dijo que no había otros autos disponibles. Finalmente, nos refirió a su colega más joven y nos ofrecieron el "último Polo disponible" de VW. El auto tenía tantos rasguños y golpes en el exterior que no valía la pena el papel del formulario de "pre inspección". En el interior, tenía un olor a humedad y a graffiti en los parasoles. Cuando se conducía, tenía frenos y sufría retroceso, ¡incluso cuando se levantó el freno de mano! ¡Que pagamos más de R700 (excluyendo otros costos) para contratar esta porquería no apto para circular, fue como un robo a plena luz del día!
