Very central location in the heart of everything in Düsseldorf and for that very reason a GREAT value. The breakfast was fair and very kind service people. Well working internet!
The rooms all had no-smoking signs but the hallway constantly smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke which for the non smoker was uncomfortable. The rooms are dated and feels worn but honestly for that price - you cannot expect luxury. All in all the price/quality ration was definitely more than fair!
Gentle lady in the morning for breakfast serving
Parking for extra cash. The sink in the room was stuck.
Dirty, no bath towels, bed linen was still from the visitor before, broken TV, spoiled furniture, floor not cleaned, awful!!!
they have locked door and was impossible to reach them, we have suffered a lot and had to stay outside for overnight worst experience ever!!!!
Worst hotel then ever in my life
