Pros (+) Clean rooms every day; ability to cook; accommodating and very knowledgeable staff; quiet and clean.
Cons (-) Lighting in Kitchen apaulling with one exceedingly low voltage light that is blocked by person cooking so you cannot see if the food is getting burnt or not. Also washing up hard to see as you could get cut if knife in sink as no light on that wall to see. If a small fluro light is put on that wall it would solve the problem in that area-people can see what they are cooking and washing done proper...
