Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. Secure underground parking is another standout feature, especially valued by those traveling by car or motorcycle. Many reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, contributing to a positive experience. However, there are notable concerns about cleanliness, with several guests reporting issues such as worn linens, dirty rooms, and outdated facilities. Bed comfort is another area of criticism, with complaints about old or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and parking are major strengths, improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.
