Pros (+) Location, right across the street from St. Mike's.
Cons (-) Was a little dated and couch was frayed, but very clean. Perfect for a quick overnight visit to see my college freshman. She came over and stayed the night. Plenty of room for both of us. Will be staying there on my next visit.
