Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with many reviews praising the warm welcome and attentive service. Cleanliness is another strong point, with several guests noting the rooms and facilities are well maintained. The location is generally considered convenient, close to transport and city attractions, and many guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Some mention spacious rooms as a positive. However, there are occasional complaints about noise, heating, bathroom conditions, and lack of elevators, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experience reported by most guests.
