Cons:I had rented the vehicle three weeks before I got there and it was confirmed on rental cars.com but when I got to hertz they told me they had no vehicle for me nor did they even care so I called rental cars.com and they told me since I didn’t pay for it upfront there’s really no reason they felt responsible that I should have one. That’s how Hertz and rental cars.com treated me.
Cons:Hertz was not able to get into the system and adjust prices for a possible extension.reason was that i booked through this page.maybe you could work on making it possible for hertz to access all of the system
Cons:The pickup we rented, 2020 Chevy Silverado just didn't have the options we were hoping for. 1. Rear seat lighters for cell charges. 2. Electric seat adjustment. 3. Electric windows were not one push up and down. We had to hold the button to make it do that. 4. Blue tooth radio was difficult to operate. (Android Auto) not intuitive. It would take over and cut out in the middle of trying to follow GPS.
Pros:Yes the drop off was easy. The car that I used surprised me at how well it responded, the model was an Elantra that is good on gas and runs great.
Cons:What could have been better was having my I pass device in a location that was detectable when going through the tolls, I got dinged 3 times because it was not read. That was my fault.
Cons:Thought I was renting a Chrysler Pacifica, but got a Dodge Grand Caravan with 30K miles instead. Disappointing.
Cons:First, it was almost impossible to even find the Avis office, which we eventually learned was located inside a CLOSED shopping mall. After 2 phone calls we were directed to some side door that was barely marked, that let us into a storage room, and then behind the Avis counter. Thank God I did not need the car to get to the airport at this time, I would have been a nervous wreck. Then the vehicles windows were absolutely filthy both inside and out. I had to stop at a service station down the road to clean them myself. When I dropped the car off at your O'Hare facility, I was frantically waved into a line of cars, barely got my suitcase out of the trunk when a receipt was thrust into my face and the young man was off to the cars behind me that were filling in fast. I had to run after him to ask him where I was supposed to go from there because I found myself literally surrounded by vehicles in every direction and no signs of an office. This young man clearly needed a lot more help if he was going to be able to provide even common courtesy let alone assistance. Seriously, the entire experience was very unorganized, unprofessional, and unpleasant. But thank you for asking and allowing me to share my experience with you.

Cons:Car that I booked for was not available and the upgrade was a bigger SUV which I did not want so ended up taking a smaller car
