Extreme road noise, had at times difficulty talking to the person next to me. Also the vehicle was a "gutless wonder" and could barely get out of its own way.1,9 Poor

Even though I was able to reserve a car for pickup st 12 noon, they closed their office early that day at 12 noon- so they were closed when I arrived shortly after noon.8,0 Very Good

It go the 5 of us from Michigan to Tennessee and back fairly easyCons:
I was told I would be renting a Ford Transit got a Chevy Express, which had less leg room for the driver. Being 6' tall with bad knees, it was a tough ride without enough room to stretch my legs out. There was food, wrappers and plastic silverware under the very rear seat. I vacuumed it out before I returned it and it was cleaner than when I picked it up3,9 Poor
