The rented Malibu was great. It has all what it takes to ride in cold weather with pleasure. Never thought of buying of home made car, but riding in it, totally changed my mind, as I’m a Toyota made addicts. So, my next buy surely is going to be Chevy/GM.Cons:

I was told this van would have no issues driving into Canada. When I picked it up, they told me I would be turned around at the border because it wasn't recognied as a "true vehicle". I called twice over the past month to confirm this would work and both times they said yes. Ended getting a different van from a different company with no issues.Avis

Cons:
The car I rented smelled very strongly of cigarettes and still had ashes in it. I called Hertz to inform them of this, and the women working was aware of the cigarette smell. I'm not sure why we were given this car if they were aware of the smell. The women told me she'd give me a discount. My card was charged the full amount with no discount, and when I called Hertz back to tell them this she told me they'd call back in four days when the manager was back from vacation. I still have not received a discount or a call back. I also tried to call Hertz customer service and basically got transferred from different departments because they said they couldn't do anything. I will not be using Hertz again.8,0 Very Good

really nothing unfortunately. Only the price was better than other competitive trucks but I wish I had chosen another one.Cons:
The truck both inside and outside was incredibly dirty with empty water bottles and dirt lying around. The truck wanted to shift to the right so we constantly had to keep the steering wheel to the left (alignment issues). Inside of the cabin was so noisy because the rubbers around the door and windows were torn. It was a very uncomfortable and UNSAFE drive and I did not appreciate the service.10,0 Wonderful
