They did not have a car for my reservation upon arrival and had no other cars, therefore I had no car that say, making me late for my job.

The people on both ends were terrific. Friendly and helpful to the max

Cons:

With the gas shortage it was a little scary leaving on a four hour trip with a little more than 1/2 a tank of gas. Not the fault of Alamo, it was just the reality for me and Alamo. Happily, by driving 5mph under the speed limit, I was able to save gas and extended the expected range of travel by over 45 miles.

My drop off was great in Delaware. In Richlands was awful. There was no one there. Ten or so minutes later, the guy came with a pizza for his dinner. Still waited another 5 minutes. He handed me the keys, told me where to pick the car up, didn’t explain anything to me,and I thought was rude. I drive a 2007 vehicle and was unfamiliar with this car. Poor Customer Service in Richlands.

Pros:

The staff was nice and the drop-off was easy.

Cons:

The car was not clean. There was a filmy goo-type substance on the dash and interior. It also smelled faintly of cigarettes. It was also the oldest rental car I've ever driven and it was frustrating that I couldn't even hook up my Bluetooth music because the car was so old.

Fast check in a check out

Cons:

Dog hair in the car when we picked it up. Was given a number in case there was any problems and it was a wrong number. Never got the problem taken care of so we cleaned it up ourselves. Charged an additional $200 on my credit card for no reason better be returned by tomorrow or there will be a real problem

Chey cruz is laid out in a very poor fashion. Hated off feature when you stop, hated dashboard, hated trying to find radio station. I will request not to have a chevy in the future. Windshield wipers were horrible

did not get any drop off directions. Had no idea what to do.
