Pick-up staff in Trondheim were efficient; process went smoothly. No pressure to buy liability insurance that I already had from credit card. Car was excellent; I have looked into buying the same plug-in hybrid SUV model upon return, liked it that much. Drop-off at the airport in Alesund was easy because I had read online in advance what the procedure was. Otherwise it could have been confusing as not a lot of signage. But all the car rental companies suffered equally from this.
