Cons:
Hertz didn't have a car on site. They didn't have our correct rental times in their system from our reservation. When we asked to cancel (we needed to leave at 6 AM, we reserved for 6 AM, and they were closed) they were going to charge us a 100$ cancelation fee. We called Kayak customer service for help and we hit a brick wall of unfriendly and unhelpful representatives. They referred us to the Hertz customer service who happened to be surprisingly worse than Kayak, immediately directing our call back to Kayak. Overall, it was a terrible and stressful experience. I will never use Kayak or Hertz again.2,0 Poor

When I arrived to rent was told new policy was that you had to have a corporate acct to use a debit card anymore. Left without renting. Have used Hertz many times in past but won't in the future. Thank goodness I had other options for a car.2,0 Poor

Office is a bt far from the Airport. We reserved an SUV because 3 of us adults were going to do some traveling to different mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the office did not have any vehicles the size we reserved months ago. I realize they have to depend on people returning vehicles ontime, etc . The manager was very understanding and pleasant, and gave us a ride back to our hotel, as we cancelled our request and found a suitable vehicle elsewhere.Budget

I have been to this location many times and each time I have been given extremally poor service by the same guy. After making my reservation a week in advance I came in to get my rental and was told that no cars were available and all that he had was a mini -van. He made no effort to accommodate my request and basically told me I could take it or leave it. This guy is horrible, and I will not be renting cars from Budget ever again. Budget needs to look into the type of people they have working for them as well as how they do business. Because I travel most of the year, moving forward I will be sure to let anyone know that ask me about car rental to stay away from this location and budget altogether! I’m done with Budget!!!2,0 Poor

Confused agents (local AND call center) completely dropped the ball and didn't have a car for me. After specifically requesting any car of any type except an SUV, that's all they would provide for me. Because I want to drive California with only 2 people and two small bags at 15 miles per gallon. Yeah right. I thought I would be proactive and verify the day before and two days before how about getting something that could get good gas mileage. "No problem" I was assured over and over. Cancelled my reservation, went down the street to Enterprise and paid an extra $4 a day. 2 times in a row an issue with Budget. Never again2,0 Poor
