They were very kind and professional. It ended up being less than I thought. I paid around $288 for a Sunday AM to Friday PM rental which included full coverage. Not bad really. The car was clean and ran great as well. TIP: When driving in Mexico be prepared to always pay in pesos and remember that it is always full service (you can't pump your own gas).Cons:

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My reservation was not validated, even with 3+ month notice. No customer service. No options for lack of vehicle availability!2,0 Poor

Didn’t like the customer service Hidden fees Wait time False advertising Everything was completely horrible! Waited 2 hours for a shuttle that never showed up. Tried to call the company and all the number were “out of service” Finally arrived to the office (thanks to an overpriced taxi) and the office worker said our rental would be another 1,300$ US dollars! Only 100$ would be returned as a deposit. Everything was simply horrible!U-Save
