The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car

Cons:

The car was too small. I was very uncomfortable. I thought the car I rented was larger.

The staff seemed to work the best they could under the current state of our country.

Cons:

The vehicle was not in the best condition. It was in terrible need of major repairs and was difficult to drive on the highway due to alignment issues.
