Planned a last minute vacation and picked up at the Teaneck location. While we are Hertz Gold members and frequently rent from Hertz, this was our first time using this location. The staff at this location is OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best car quickly on a holiday weekend. Everything was seamless. The car ran very well and was very clean. You are given two keys. They are connected with a wire and you're told you cannot separate them. What's the point of two keys except as a money maker -- if you lose your keys you get to pay for two. I rented last month with a friend, two drivers. We each wanted a key and were told we could not separate them.8,4 Very Good

Cons:
Online I booked and paid for a luxury car; Lincoln MKX or comparable. I ended up with a Ford Escape because that's all they had. No one told me I was going to be downgraded. That was NOT what I saw online and paid for. I was running late and so there was no more time to go on and on about why I didn't get the car I wanted. They reduced my fee however, that was no the car I asked for.Avis
