Pros: Caravan we got was able to fit all of my family including luggage, however it over heated half way through the trip. Heater didnt work. Aux/usb didnt work. Brakes shacked and smelled.Cons: The van obviously was not checked before it was rented out. This EXTREMELY is not ok and blows my mind. This puts peoples lives at risk and could have caused an accident very easily. Once we got to our destination, the local enterprise was able to exchange the vehicle. Once we returned the vehicle at the end of our rental the manage was able to discount 50% off. If anyone actually reads these responsive i would love a reply. Thank You so much!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and offered me a free upgrade since a compact car wasn't available.Cons: They gave me a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Very disorganized service, but they gave me an upgrade for waitingPros: The best thing I can say is that I got an upgrade after waiting over an hour for my reserved car. They didn't have the car level I reserved (they didn't have ANY cars), so I got upgraded to one that had literally been turned in while I waited, which happened to be an upgrade to my reservation. Although it was more circumstantial than intentional, I'll give them credit for the upgrade. Also, a discrepancy in the charged price was easily corrected at turn it. I was charged for the "upgrade", even though it was all they had. It was corrected at turn in. The service was friendly, and they worked very hard to get things done, despite the severe disorganization of the entire operation.. I think I would have an ulcer or a breakdown in I had to work in that stressful and chaotic of an environment.Cons: 1) First I noticed when I walked in that there were many people sitting waiting. I quickly learned that it was because the branch literally had NO cars to rent. They were frantically scrambling to find cars from other locations to bring in to satisfy their reservations. It was as if the reservations were blindly accepted with no regard to what they actually had in stock, and no prior planning had been done the previous day to ensure they had what they needed. Nobody got what they reserved....they just took what happened to be getting turned in by other renters while they were waiting. I waited for almost an hour before they had a car for me. Fortunately, most were 'upgrades' as to size/style of car. 2) When I finally got my car, it was contracted to me at the upgraded price, not my originally reserved price. While it was nice....both to get the upgrade, and just to get a car and get out of there,....nobody told the associate who checked me out. He wrote the contract up for the full cost of the upgraded rental. I didn't notice until after I left because the contract has to be emailed to you. They did correct it at turn in though. 3) When I got the car, it was not necessarily "dirty", but it wasn't clean. The glass and windows had streaks and water spots all over them. It looked like someone had taken a sopping wet rag and just wiped every surface in the car....windows....dash...center console...and left it wet. Everything had streaks, water marks, and smears all over. It WAS vacuumed though. I ultimately ended up taking it through a full serve carwash because when the sun hit the windows at the right angle I couldn't even see out the rear window. Overall, I guess I did get a car, and it was upgraded after some inconvenience. I don't think I'd go through this branch/company again though. I can't imagine that other locations wouldn't be following the same disorganized business model.

First timePros: First time renting a vechile, it went smooth, all questions were answered in a very professional manner. Friendly staffCons: There honestly is nothing I didn't like. Maybe the time for dropping off and picking up while using the website. Gave you a different price just for a few hours after your pick up date.

Very politePros: Easy pick up and drop off. Kind staff. Associate explained the fees very clearly.Cons: Wish I would have known about Enterprise's complimentary pickup and drop off within 10 mile radius. Sunday hours would have been a nice option.

NIce employeesPros: I booked on-line and chose the cheapest available rental I could find. They said it would be compact/choice (whatever was in the lot that they chose to give me) I ended up getting a mini van which was a pleasant surprise! It had many bells and whistles but I never really had a chance to figure out how the work.Cons: The 3rd party insurance coverage offered on Kayak was only 9.99 a day so I purchased it only to be told by Enterprise that they do not accept that insurance because they are terrible about paying out when necessary. YOU NEED to make that known everywhere on line. Also, Enterprise employees could take a bit more time to teach the bells and whistles in the vehicles.

Pros: The Jeep that I drove was clean and comfortable and I had no problems with it.Cons: When I picked up the car, my mother was with me and I used her credit card because I only have Visa debit cards. I was not informed of the $13 extra charge for me to be added as a driver.

Cons: Kayak DID NOT set up the times correct. They set up a pick up time when the location wasn't open. I had to redo the reservation thru Avis who charged me almost $100 more.

Cons: I got a car that had two bald tires one of them had cords showing and I drove 30 hours on it then when I noticed it I called the 800 number and I got hung up on 3 times and then when I did get to talk to someone they told me if roadside asst. came to changed the tire that I was gonna get charged for it. I will never go through avis again and I will let my friends know about it the bad thing is they would not comensate me anything

Pros: I did not receive a reason for why my credit card got charged an additional 65 dollarsCons: I dropped my key off in the drop box with the receipt attached on 5/30 at 2 pm, 2 hours earlier than the 4 pm deadline for my return. I also spoke to a Hertz agent on the support line to ensure this was okay and did as he instructed. I'd like to know why I was charged 65 dollars

Cons: First car wouldn’t start. Second car took a day to get. Charged me another $135. When I turned it in . I feel I’ been “ROBBED “ . Paid for 7 days only got 6 days plus had to pay an extra $135 dollars for nothing. You all should be ashamed and prosecuted.
