It took over an hour to get a car. They took my information and I waited for them to get to me. I went it the drop-off line and then had to hunt someone to check me out. They need more help on Sunday.

Our check in agent was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and patient. I had a problem with my pin and he found a solution by doing a manual transaction which was most appreciated. Car return was equally good. Basically drop keys and and run. Thank you Budget.

Had a 12 PM rental time on Saturday, but they close at 12. Got there a few minutes early and they were already closed. When I attempted earlier in the week to move my appointment up an hour to 11 I was told I’d be charged, so I kept the 12pm time. How can you expect to pick up the car at 12 if you are not open past 1150? Horrible.. Did not get my car and will never use them again
