Pros:
Caravan we got was able to fit all of my family including luggage, however it over heated half way through the trip. Heater didnt work. Aux/usb didnt work. Brakes shacked and smelled.Cons:
The van obviously was not checked before it was rented out. This EXTREMELY is not ok and blows my mind. This puts peoples lives at risk and could have caused an accident very easily. Once we got to our destination, the local enterprise was able to exchange the vehicle. Once we returned the vehicle at the end of our rental the manage was able to discount 50% off. If anyone actually reads these responsive i would love a reply. Thank You so much!Hertz
