Truck was well used and could have been cleaner inside. Inside had an odor to it. Alamo must have acquired this truck used and put it into service. I had a new Ford four door pickup rented from Hertz the week before and it was great. I thought I was getting a better deal with Alamo on the trip.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

billing was all messed up.. could not reach pickup location prior to straiten out so wasted an hour at pick up trying to fix! Rental was on 9 days but I was being billed for 2 weeks.3,6 Poor

Pros:
Rented here multiple times in the last year, after leaving another rental company. I've been upgraded too for no extra cost a couple times, just due to the low availability of vehicles. A staff member acknowledges you almost immediately. Very little wait time. Had one management trainee personally clean a vehicle, when he didn't have to, and got me on may way. Front office staff have been absolutely professional each and every time, and enjoy a good conversation. Vehicles have thus far been top notch.Cons:
Maybe it's time Enterprise provide this store with a bigger parking lot, more vehicles, but with the exact same staff members.10,0 Wonderful

The employee who came to pick us up was the same person who helped us fill out the paperwork and rent the SUV. She was very friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions fully. The SUV we rented was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great first-time rental experience!Cons:
I could have rented the same car for about half the price from Enterprise by going to the airport. In reading various websites, apparently there is a huge extra charge for airport fees, but none of that is addressed on the Enterprise website. All the extra charges are brought up at rental time. It would be nice if all the charges were addressed when booking online.10,0 Wonderful
