I clearly said I would put the rental on my personal credit card then pay with a work credit card when I returned the truck,they put the payment through immediately which creates a hassle.6,8 Good

Poor inventory .. only 2 options ... bumpy jeep or gas guzzling huge truck. I tried to downsize my rental to a car (I was willing to pay same higher rate) but 0 cars available. Seemed like because Budget was out of the jeep dealership they were saving vehicles for loaners for dealership customers.10,0 Excellent

Vehicle was brand new, in excellent condition and spotless.Cons:
I rented the vehicle because I needed to pick up my mother, who lives in a remote rural community, to bring her to a medical specialist in Winnipeg. Due to unforeseen delays at the hospital, I was a few hours late when returning the vehicle. Because of that, they charged me for an entire extra day, which of course cancelled out any savings I may have gained from ordering through your service. I will not be a repeat customer.National
