The man behind the desk was less than helpful with finding a solution to my issues. I did not end up with renting a car and was very disappointed that I had wasted my time to make arrangements for pickup and traveling to and then again away from the location on my dime and didn't end with renting from there as the worker didn't see interested in helping find some solution . Next time I'll rent somewhere else

Online booking was accepted but no car was actually available at location booked. Extremely bad service with no coordination with online bookings.

The rate I booked was for a premium class car. However, when I arrived, I was given a standard trim Honda Civic. I mentioned to the desk agent this was not the type of car I booked, and she seemed quite annoyed by my complaint and told me to call the agency manager the following Monday. We were heading out on a long trip, so I did not bother with this as the Civic was fine for our needs, but again, not what I had booked.
