Website said the outlet would be open until 5PM. Showed up at 4:30 only to see a closed sign on the door and no one inside. Avoid this Hertz outlet (actually, avoid Hertz in general).2,0 Poor

Staff is surly and unhelpful. Cars are dirty (inside & out). Car not available as contracted. Staff unwilling to find a replacement vehicle.Cons:

I had to cancel and go elsewhere.Cons:
1) Being told that the insurance goes through a third party and even if you cancel the rental you DO NOT get your money back!! That was bullshit! I am still waiting to hear from that company about it and it's been 2 damn weeks now. 2) Being told that you have to have a credit check to rent before they do it and drop your score down would have been good to know as well!! I ended up renting a car from Enterprise and I had NO problems! They explained everything up front and even gave me a discount because my anxiety was so high over the problems with Hertz.2,0 Poor

Cons:
I was from out of town. If my friend didn’t let me borrow her credit card, I would not have been able to rent a car. I have a debit/credit card but it was not acceptable and they would not accept my husband’s credit card over the phone. Extremely inconvenient.9,2 Wonderful

The time that it took to get the car. The young man was having trouble with the computer entry and the person I viewed as his supervisor was not very helpful to him. We got through it though.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
This center is now inside Embassy Suites. From the front entrance, go left through the lobby and take a left at the first hallway and it's there on the left. I was helped immediately and the employee was kind and quick. He gave me two options based on my reservation and let me choose what I wanted. The car was clean, full tank of gas, and drove well. Return was smooth and simple. I added an extra day and it was no problem at all. Definitely will rent from here again.Eagle Rent A Car
