I clearly said I would put the rental on my personal credit card then pay with a work credit card when I returned the truck,they put the payment through immediately which creates a hassle.

quick in and quick outa Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk is not a "standard" SUV, or if it is it shouldn't be. Maybe a Grand Cherokee.

Vehicle was brand new, in excellent condition and spotless.I rented the vehicle because I needed to pick up my mother, who lives in a remote rural community, to bring her to a medical specialist in Winnipeg. Due to unforeseen delays at the hospital, I was a few hours late when returning the vehicle. Because of that, they charged me for an entire extra day, which of course cancelled out any savings I may have gained from ordering through your service. I will not be a repeat customer.

rentalcourteous service at the desk; the offer of 74 cents per liter for the unused gas when gas is 92.9 cents...the Kia cruise really struggled when climbing hills in north west Ontario on my way to Kenora. It would rev up incredibly and be very loud as it went up the hill. I ended up taking the cruise off.

A bit of a process but good experience overall.I was helped by Naim who was very professional and did a great job.It took them forever to figure out if I would be allowed to rent provided that I had an out of province drivers license.

Good, but not excellent.I loved the car itself, and the rental was smooth after we got the car. My rep was pretty friendly and patient and I would do business with him again.Because I was a driver with a NDL from BC, the staff were unsure about the procedure/restrictions for the rental. In the end we found there were no issues and we were able to rent the car but we spent an hour at the dealership waiting to clear this up.

Will not use enterprise again.Vehicle was booked days in advance. Vehicle that was reserved was not there when I arrived. They decided to give me a different one. The different one wasn't ready so I had to wait fourty minutes for them to do an oil change. I was told that my extra driver fee would be waived because of the inconvenience but then I was charged the fee anyway.

Terrible experienceAt the airport, they told us there is a car for our booking in mid town. We took a taxi and went there. When we got there, the attendee told us that the car has been cancelled and we had to get a taxi back to the airport. The taxi fare cost us almost a car rental. We ended up to rent a car from a different rental agency. If the car was cancelled why they told us there is a car at a differet location wasting our time and money.See above

Car had not been cleaned from previous userRental price was better that other providers. Vehicle performance was very good.The exterior had dust and mud on sides and back. Interior floors had gravel. I found pieces of Zap straps and a half-empty water bottle in side pockets and the previous renter's papers in the glove compartment. I took the vehicle for cleaning at The Chamois Car Wash, 85 Reenders Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2C 5E8 at a cost of $30.60 CDN.

The rental location we picked up from did not have comptent employees working. Picking up and dropping off the rental car was extremely time consuming and stressful. We got a decent deal, but after all the hassle we had to go through I'm not even sure it was worth it. Will likely never use Hertz again, this was my first experience with them. Have rented from many other places and never had issues like this.
