When you rent a car, the expectation would be that you would get the car you chose. Not my experience. I didn’t rent a compact vehicle because I’m a larger guy and I didn’t want a Mitsubishi after several bad experiences. The only car available was a compact Mitsubishi that looked like it was rolling on 2 spare tires since it was missing hubcaps. I will say that while the car was frustrating, the manager was understanding of the situation and offered me a discounted price and a tank of gas. I could tell he was embarrassed and did what he could. If you rent an available car, you shouldn’t have to deal with that car being unavailable, and you shouldn’t have to be downgraded.

We did not even get the car. The man behind the counter informed us there was not a van available even though I had booked it 3 months in advance. He wasn't even willing to do his job and help get me into a different vehicle. He acted rude and too busy to help me. I will never use Enterprise again.

Compact SUV

They wouldn't let me rent the car at all! The Kayak site said there would be a fee for those under 25 and mentioned nothing about a 21+ requirement. I was carless and late to one of my appointments

The car was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing I dislike is not getting the type of car you reserve. They tried to stick me with an SUV and after some protesting I did get a compact car, though I had to wait while it was cleaned. When I reserve a small car I expect to get one. It's not the staff at the location's fault. This seems to be a problem with most car rental companies.

My pick up and drop off was great. This facility is slightly hidden behind the McDonald's, but it was no big deal. I was running a little late and called and they were very kind and let me know I was good!
