They didn’t have the booked vehicle or anything comparable. Wanted me to upcharge to a luxury suv that didn’t even fit our needs. Sent us to a different location that didn’t have one either. Gave us a complete run around. After about 6.5 hours trying to track down a car, we finally found one with budget. Enterprise was incredibly nonchalant about nearly ruining the first family trip we’ve taken in 7 years. Will absolutely never use them again.

I know you are a 3rd party but you should not list cars that can’t be rented for real. Also your insurance help is awful because it should only start if you rent the car. I’ve tried contacting them but there’s no answer. The chat feature leaves me on hold forever. All the way around it was an awful experience. Enterprise had no interest in allowing a one way rental from there and yet you happily list them as though a client can. Do not list things that are not available.

I never got the car. That location has been closed for 6 months +. When I showed up (I had to drive 2.5 hours to pick up) the building was closed down. I called enterprise at a different location, they said they were booked solid for a week out and basically I was SOL. That I should’ve never been told I could rent anything in that area. I’ve been trying to get my $26 back for the insurance I was charged but no one will help me. So then o had to turn around and drive 2.5 hours back home. So he while thing was a complete joke.
