Cons: Our vehicle had clearly been smoked in at some point and not cleaned all that well. Residual cigarette smoke is gross.

Cons: Someone readily available to attend to customers returning vehicles... Other than that, perfect!!!

Cons: There was a french fry or two in between the seats, but thats the least of my concern. Not an issue in my books, just mentioning it in the event other customers would have issues with it.

Cons: High-pressure up-selling at pickup.

Cons: If you have to go to Saskatchewan in the winter and want snow tires (which are needed), be prepared to pay 20 dollars a day over any amount you were quoted. Felt totally ripped off.

Cons: I had a lot of trouble with the car computer/radio. I had to restart the radio monitor two times because it wasn't working. I had used a lot of times Android Auto and for some reason I had a lot of trouble using it in this car. Also, I try to turn on the car with the car keys but it wasn't working well. For some reason the car turn on and immediately off when I used the car keys to turn it on. But the worst part of the experience was that the check engine light turn on during my long drive from Regina to Calgary.

Cons: Not having to pay the young drivers fee would have been better

Cons: Confirmation call on my voicemail forgot to mention the closing time. I arrived a little after my scheduled pick-up time (which turned out to be the closing time) and found the doors locked. When I called the other Enterprise location in town, the representative put me on "hold for 5 sec" to check for a car for me from their lot. I waited 15 min on the line before hanging up - no call back, nothing. Very poor customer service.

Cons: I booked a car online and three hours before I was scheduled to pick it up they phoned and said they did not have any cars left. Luckily I was able to borrow a car from a relative.

Cons: Again, there was nothing to dislike.

Cons: Booked rental over 2 months ahead using our debit/credit card. budget verified the card and even blocked off money. when my wife arrived at the terminal to pick up the car the refused to honor their price and refusing to use the same card they had already verified saying it wasnt a true credit card. whats the damn diffrence money is money and it is a credit card. had to go to another car rental place and they used the card with no problem. it just cost us double the price!!!!!! THANKS ALOT BUDGET !!!!!!!

Cons: Kiosk workers could be educated on their inventory. They could have solutions to fix their shortfalls on site, I customer should never leave feeling disappointed or swindled.

Cons: I was told to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday 9-12 because they would close in the afternoon. They were closed the whole day. I could have picked up on Saturday. They wanted me to wait until Monday, and I could not. I did find vehicle at the air-port but it cost me more that before.

Cons: Customer service was good. The car was clean did not have to wait.

Cons: In North America, car rental insurance is a well-known scam - it often costs the same amount as the rental. Rented a car with Kayak and bought their relatively cheap car insurance. It was only after purchase that I realised that this insurance was valid in the US only. Very disgusted and angry - not to mention the amount of time and money it took to reverse the rental. Went with another booking company and glad that I did.

Cons: Had to pay for a cab ride from the airport to get my vehicle or pay extra daily free if picked up at the airport. Drop the extra daily free or offer shuttle service to your second rental site - I shouldn't have to pay extra to rent a vehicle from you.

Cons: It is the best place in town

Cons: They tried to scam me out of my internet price by $130. Enterprise right next to them beat the internet price. Avis in Regina is full of scammers.
