The guy at the counter was very busy but friendly and couteous.Cons:
I prepaid $65 for the car but when I got to the airport I checked my credit card and it was charged $225. Now I have to fight Hertz to get it back. No wonder they are in bankrupcy.2,0 Poor

The Hertz rental called me an hour before scheduled pick up to let me know they didn't have the car, or any cars for that matter. They did have a cargo van for me to drive up to Vancouver with.Cons:
They could start by informing customers in the morning, not an hour before pickup. They could improve by having a system that doesn't allow you to book a car that doesn't exist. Best is if they actually rent you a car... But this might be too much to ask for.Avis

The staff member was not pleasant. Tried to sell and after declining he refused service.Cons:
