There was quite a few people waiting in line and the Enterprise clerk in the front desk mentioned a few times they don't have enough cars available so people were antsy. When it was my turn to pick up me keys, the woman that show us the car was in a bit of a hurry, she just said take a look around the car if you see any dents or scratches, then mentioned that the tank is only 3/4 full, so return it at 3/4 full. When I returned the car, they were closed so I dropped the keys in the lock box. Following Monday they sent my e-receipt and charged me 4 gallons of gas at a ridiculous price! We stopped at a Chevron station around the corner to refill to 3/4 full and they said when I called them that it wasn't at the 3/4 mark. How can I be 4 gallons short, they just want to rip off people. NEVER trust this Enterprise location - 6520 4th Ave S, Seattle, WA

Several days in on a 6 day car rental, we received a call that the car we had rented was 1,300 miles past due on an oil change. They asked that we return the car immediately, or take the car to a Pep Boys or Firestone auto care for an oil change which would be done for free. We were 170 miles from the rental car location, but were a similar distance from a Pep Boys and did not want to wait for the oil change since we had hotel reservations in another town and wanted to keep moving on our road trip. We informed the Enterprise staff we wanted to return the car and exchange it for another one and they asked that we call 30 minutes ahead the next day so they could have a car ready. The following morning, we called to give them notice that we would be there soon and they said on the phone "we have the car here for you now" but when we arrived we had to wait for the employees to go to pick up another car from another site for us to use. We waited for 40 minutes after we arrived for another car to arrive. In none of this did any member of the staff apologize to us for the inconvenience that they caused, and only after asking did they agree that we would not have to return the car full of gas. We were not given a discount, and had to go out of our way due to their negligence.

Thought I was booking a car at SeaTac airport, but not knowing the address my rental was off site 10 miles away. Spent $100 in Uber rides getting to the rental location.

The woman who checked me in started out friendly but that clearly fake. In fact she was rude.she didn't show me how to psor my phone e with that specific car and she offered no solution when my card declined for the damage waiver The guy at the counter was also cold and rude and not helpful at all. Maybe they both were having rough days.The windshield was horribly streaked inside, they claimed my advance payment never got to them and they charged me 20% more. Overall not a good experience
