The guy at the counter was very busy but friendly and couteous.Cons:
I prepaid $65 for the car but when I got to the airport I checked my credit card and it was charged $225. Now I have to fight Hertz to get it back. No wonder they are in bankrupcy.2,0 Poor

The Hertz rental called me an hour before scheduled pick up to let me know they didn't have the car, or any cars for that matter. They did have a cargo van for me to drive up to Vancouver with.Cons:
They could start by informing customers in the morning, not an hour before pickup. They could improve by having a system that doesn't allow you to book a car that doesn't exist. Best is if they actually rent you a car... But this might be too much to ask for.10,0 Wonderful

The pick up location was friendly and processed everything. They didn't charge me for the tablet that was installed which was nice. Even if I lost the use of it along with the car due to a suicidal deer in Montana. Hertz sent a tow truck that hauled to Kalispell airport where I picked up another car and was on my way.Cons:
They didn't explain the use/charges for the installed tablet. Because it was two different locations (Bremerton/Kalispell) they closed out the account for the one car and wrote a new one for the other so I didn't get the rate I had previously. When I put in a reservation for a car, I expect that it will be ready to pick up. The car wasn't cleaned or detailed. It didn't have a full tank of gas and I was expected to pay to have it filled up. For a business that is a customer service industry, they failed miserably. I will never use Hertz rentals again.Avis

charged my account 1400$ for the hold charge of the rental. which screwed up my finances for my vacation. and there response was "there is nothing we can do and we don't offer compensation for this matter, it is not our fault the bank took that much." well who told them how much to take? never got an answer.6,0 Okay

Staff was gone from desk for 15 minutes when we first arrived (there was just one person working). I had an infant with me, so I was eager to get the car and go. So, waiting was a little frustrating.
