Pros:
The team at the enterprise location were great-friendly and accommodating.Cons:
The price I was quoted on the booking site (kayak) was less than half of the price I was quoted when I arrived at the Enterprise location, even though the booking was finally done on an Enterprise website. The manager said that even though I had a quote in writing it could not be honored because it was made through a 3rd party site (again, final booking was done through Enterprise and they did have my reservation). Todd, the manager, went on to explain that the site did not understand the taxes in North Carolina, so they were not correct in their final quote. This made no sense at all, but I had already made plans that could not be cancelled and had no choice but to accept the higher price. The manager offered an upgrade at $5.00 more per day, but still far more than I had planned to pay and had I known would have made other arrangements. I won't book through a 3rd party site such as Kayak again since, even though I had a written quote, was told it could not be honored. I wonder why Enterprise did not inform me of this beforehand?10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The Chapel Hill desk employee was very courteous and friendly. He was careful about checking the car over before I left. The car's electronics included Android Auto, which allowed my phone's functions, including navigation, to be displayed on the car's entertainment screen. Great!!2,0 Poor

They called and CANCELLED my reservation. Said he had ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES to rent to me. I went immediately back on kayak (and other websites) and saw NUMEROUS listings for vehicles at this EXACT LOCATION10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff at pick up and delivery were awesome. It was very quick on both ends too. The car was great and the perfect size. Loved the Jeep Compass. Drove very smoothly and gas mileage was great. I highly recommend Budget!Cons:

We got there and were informed they couldn’t confirm same day rentals and there was no car for us. We had to book a different car using a different platform from a different location. It was a waste of our time and energy.2,0 Poor
