The Hertz rental store was no where to be found at the address listed. After spending 45 minutes on the phone trying to find our rental car we were told that they were not sure what happened and where our rental car was located. We finally cancelled the reservation and did without the rental for the week. Will never use Hertz rental again. Terrible experience!!

The staff called me before I travelled to their offices to let me know they would not have a car for me.

Cons:

They could have provided a vehicle for me per my prepaid reservation.

We were not able to get a rental and we made this reservation 1 month prior. Worst ever!

I liked ow quick the process was and how affordable the rental was.

Cons:

They should tell you there is a MANDATORY $200.00 HOLD to be added to your total and placed on your credit card. You can nor pay with a debit card without a create check also.

Cons:

I somehow booked the wrong location, 30 min from the airport. They would not let me change it unless I would pay $155. So I had to pay $80 for Ubers and it was very inconvenient. I’m not sure I’ll ever use Hertz again and will probably book direct in the future vs using Kayak

Cons:

Waited over an hour for a car that smelled like cigarettes had holes in the seeds and was absolutely disgusting. Do you have one person working the counter and 12 people in line.
