My itinerary said pick up at noon - we were there at 12:25pm they were closed I called enterprise and they would not honour the reservation as I had to be there before noon!!! My itinerary said noon I told them that, they said sorry I should have been informed and I wasn’t!2,0 Poor

Cons:
I recently needed a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. There were no vehicles that were available. I did not receive a call until a full week later saying there was one available. I went online to see if there was another way to get one. It kept reading available, but in fact, they were all rented out. I was not contacted either when I had put in a request for one. Really disappointed with the whole experience with the Red Deer Enterprise. Maybe bringing in more vehicles from Edmonton or Calgary would have been a problem solved.7,6 Good

The car, overall was great, comfort, bells and whistles were great. HoweverCons:
The rep in Red Deer wasn't very friendly. He said all of 3 words to me while processing my reservation. The car itself was a turbo etc and had a delay in its excelleration, which wasn't nice to have happen in town, and it would have been nice to have that feature explained.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The customer service was excellent; from the phone to pick up to in branch. I was given exactly what I wanted; there was no push to up-sell me. It was a lighthearted & comfortable professional environment. The vehicle was spotless (Inside & out.), & it drove like a dream. I will definitely rent from this specific Enterprise, again. Thanks to all who made my renting experience an excellent one!Hertz

Cons:
I didn't get the vehicle I expected. The vehicle I got had a lot less storage and the had the vehicle I expected available. I was only notified the morning of pick up, and was asked to look for another company for my rental. The vehicle I received had the same amount of seating but a lot less luggage room than the vehicle I ordered. My guests had sit sit with luggage on the laps. The agent I felt with when returning the vehicle was extremely rude and argued with me about getting a receipt for returning the vehicle because it had not been entered in their system. I asked for a hand written receipt and she started shouting at me.Avis

The price was ridicules, one way rental for One day to a city 137km away. It was stupid expensive. Uber would have been cheaper.9,2 Wonderful
