Pros:

Car was clean, reliable, and drove well.

Cons:

I couldnt get my car because my flight was delayed 5 hours. No one called to say the location was closing and then they had to cancel my reservation and make a new one at 5 times the cost to me.

The car was not washed prior to me picking it up and had the smell of cigarettes inside.
