Forgot transponder (which I prepaid for) making tollgates a challenge. Car quality (Ford ESport) was small and less than expected for “mid-size SUV.” Car shocks were poor, but got us to Chicago without other technical issues.10,0 Wonderful

pick up staff was quick. not necessarily friendly, but quick.Cons:
the car was disgusting inside. it was clearly not cleaned (but the "this car has been cleaned" paper was placed inside) and it smelled. It still had someone's dirty mask in the backseat, dust/soot everywhere and dried snot on the dash/door.9,2 Wonderful

The car was great - clean, ran well, and I even had to call Support because I locked the keys inside and they were extremely helpful finding someone’s to help me.Cons:
Only one employee was scheduled on the Tuesday before a busy holiday for traveling and he was expected to manage both Avis and Budget? I didn’t wait too long in the grand scheme of things but you should definitely be more prepared to handle then influx in business for next year. I don’t recall the guy’s name but he did awesome given the circumstances. All I heard then entire time I was waiting was the phone ringing in the background but he didn’t have time to answer it.8,0 Very Good

I rented a car for one day and unlimited mileage and I was charged for two days even after returning the vehicle within the allowed timeframe (just as instructed by the staff) I called the manager for details and I was still charged for the second day. Although friendly, the staff was not well prepared and was misleading.AAMCAR
