Pros:
It was National so until I realized the 2 were connected I didn't respond to this. Very nice upgrade, fit entire family.Cons:
Both keys were on the same key ring which didn't allow for us to tuck one safely away. The GPS system badly needed updating, it took us in the wrong direction twice and we stopped using it.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
A friendly man answered the phone. There was nothing against Hertz, he reported not having cars in 3 weeks and was unsure how I was able to make a reservation at all.Cons:
Ensure that the retailers actually have cars! This was an emergency for my transitioning father and would have not been there if I had not checked for myself after making the reservation.10,0 Wonderful

We scheduled car for 8 am pick up but the hours of operation were from 9 to 5 so we had to wait until 9 to get rental. I believe this has happened To others also. So something should be done to get the business hours correctly listed so the rentals are no scheduled for 8 am when they are not open.2,0 Poor
