Cons:
Showed up at 10:00 to pick up my car (to head to VT for the funeral of my best friend)...and was told 'they are closed' by person in adjoining business. Ended up not being able to locate a car nearby and had to use my own car (which is not in the best shape) for a 4 hour drive there and back. Do not understand why the owner could not have called me since, in order to get there (& back), I needed a Lyft. Be sure to CONTACT this location via phone before heading out or you might have a problem.9,6 Wonderful

Appreciated that the 'flaws' on the car were identified on paperwork when car was picked up. Transaction was handled quickly and we were on our way in no time!! Car was in great shape; very clean and good mileage (Nissan Versa). No hassle using a debit card!!Cons:
Only issue was that I could not leave my car in the area for the weekend that I was gone. At another location (Clifton), you could park on the street nearby, vehicle was safe and no hassle of needing a second driver.10,0 Wonderful

The car was great but the service as always at the Montclair location was the best. She is honest and upfront about fees and charges, knows all the details and can make helpful recommendations. And she knows her cars. She made the somber trip to a funeral so much less of a hassle and it was a less difficult day.Cons:
