Cons:
The cancelation could have been much easier. I will not rent online again. There were too many fingers in the reservation which in turn made the return way more complicated than it should've been.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff were friendly, and the car we got was a great car (I'm not into cars at all, so it is rare for me to say that). We were going to return our rental about an hour past the time we picked it up. Technically that counts as a third day, but the staff member said she would save us some money and charge us for only two days — we certainly appreciated that.Cons:
The wait time was a bit long, but I think they were especially busy that day because of a storm the day before that had damaged a number of cars in the area. But they were staying cool and friendly under pressure, so not much for me to complain about.6,0 Okay
