Pros:

I could not find the location as it is within another business. I have contacted them twice to be refunded as no car rental happened and they told me to contact you. Please refund me or I contact consumer matters.

Cons:

Having mentioned it is in another business. Also when speaking to them about it a concern about offering the refund of 72.95 as no rental occurred.

Waiting to see what Enterprise will do.....At time of rental ( Sat,Dec 31 ) noticed dash showed low air Attendant seen front passenger tire low...Asked me to add air at gas station...I did. Sunday evening ,ready to leave church in New Westminster, seen same tire flat. No spare,..but a repair kit which only partially worked. Went to gas station...added more air, but seen not holding...Back @ church parking lot....Locked car. Got to Pitt Meadows ( Pastor gave me a ride) Phoned Enterprise....Agreed to leave vehicle till Enterprise could decide what to do Tuesday, Jan 3,2023 AM..... Sincerely, Paul Houweling,. Pros:

It is a good company to deal with. I did not want to rent at the Abbotsford BC airport so ended up here. Just have to add in the taxi fair of $70.00 each way but worked out fine. The Mazda 3 was in good shape and good on fuel.

Cons:

I was not aware that the company was closed on Sunday.

They called me an hour before vehicle pick up to tell me they don't have the rented vehicle or any other. No attempt to rectify or apologize. Kayak charged me for the additional insurance and still haven't gotten a refund.
