Did NOT appreciate having to wait 45 minutes for car collection when I want in at 9am to pay and was assured car would be ready to villa r at 15:00 and then to get there at 15:00 and they still had to clean!!!!!Cons:

I was confused about the side-street route to get back to the rental office even though I could see it off to the side as we drove by again...and again. The sat nav directions were either confusing or wrong. Please note this was not a problem with the staff.Firefly
