This was my first time renting from this rental car vendor. I travel weekly and I rent cars on a regular basis with other companies. The initial service was quick, they took my id and credit card printed me out a receipt and sent me on my way. They gave me the bay number of my vehicle and I was off. There was zero discussion or overview about their rental policy. At first, I didn't think anything of it. Renting cars is pretty straight forward. I had my reservation that detailed out what type of car I was getting and the cost breakdown, so I thought that I was walking into what I reserved. (since there was no mention of any changes upon check-in) What I didn't realize was that I was walking into was an upgraded car what would cost me $100+ more than my reservation amount. I didn't realize this until I got my receipt upon drop off and since I drove it off the lot...there was apparently nothing they could do. I understand mistakes, but I have never experienced this type of misleading service. It is not fair to the consumer to allow for these misleading circumstances to occur. I will not be returning to this location or this brand again. There are many other rental car options who focuses on the well being of their customer and that is priceless.10,0 Wonderful

The car had to be returned because it was SUPER, SUPER toxic with whatever they sprayed it down with. It caused deep coughing, a limited ability to breathe, and my lungs hurt for a full day after driving in it. My mother had the same reaction and thought that she would have passed out over time. We were refunded the remaining days, but still charged for the initial morning we had the Enterprise car. (we returned it as soon as the rental place opened) Nothing was done to compensate us for our trouble... we had to purchase last minute flights and were in danger of missing my sister's labor.9,2 Wonderful

They took the booking because they never updated their inventory then on the day of my reservation they call me to tell me that they don't have any rental cars and I won't have a vehicle. Then as I was in a plane and didn't get the calls I land and they refuse to call their other branches to see if they can get me a car through them. I had to start from scratch and pay same day prices. Unapologetic, useless, bad humans.2,0 Poor

Took an hour and a half to pick up car. First one had a display that didn’t work and the second one had a slow leak in one tire that I was told wouldn’t get too low. Is that what we are calling a good rental car? Third one was good but pretty dinged up. Drive fine the whole trip. Drop off took half and hour and the gentleman gave me the third degree about the damage even though they took pics before I left. Not in a good mood but honestly he seemed to be the only one there and the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time going unanswered. Please note you can’t park in their lot while you are gone!!!!! I didn’t know and had to come up with a plan B kinda on the spot.2,0 Poor

$13.50 per day to add additional driver. Would have added more cost than car rental for week. So returned after one day. Rented from Avis. They don't charge for additional driver. Next time, I will not consider Hertz for that reason.Payless
