the staff was professional.Cons:
The car had to be returned because it was SUPER, SUPER toxic with whatever they sprayed it down with. It caused deep coughing, a limited ability to breathe, and my lungs hurt for a full day after driving in it. My mother had the same reaction and thought that she would have passed out over time. We were refunded the remaining days, but still charged for the initial morning we had the Enterprise car. (we returned it as soon as the rental place opened) Nothing was done to compensate us for our trouble... we had to purchase last minute flights and were in danger of missing my sister's labor.10,0 Wonderful

Took an hour and a half to pick up car. First one had a display that didn’t work and the second one had a slow leak in one tire that I was told wouldn’t get too low. Is that what we are calling a good rental car? Third one was good but pretty dinged up. Drive fine the whole trip. Drop off took half and hour and the gentleman gave me the third degree about the damage even though they took pics before I left. Not in a good mood but honestly he seemed to be the only one there and the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time going unanswered. Please note you can’t park in their lot while you are gone!!!!! I didn’t know and had to come up with a plan B kinda on the spot.2,0 Poor
