The replacement vehicle was acceptable, however it wasn't what I originally rented. Not sure if I'd use them again.Cons:
1. The advertisement indicated the car would be a Ford SUV. It wasn't! 2. The car wreaked of smoke and was disgusting!! 3. Had to request a change to another, smoke-free vehicle. Thank God they had one. Otherwise I would have walked away.Avis

Pros:
The Staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the fact that the computer system was down, and I waited over 40 minutes before departing with the rental. He ddin’t walk out with me to inspect the vehicle so I took a video of the odometer and the stains and cigarette smoke damage to the interior as well as the scratches on the exterior. The member at the drop off was pleasant and courteous.Cons:
