Getting information is tough

Pros: The car was large enough.

Cons: The air conditioning didn't work and the car was due for service. Worst was trying to get drop off information. Each call was a run around from push this button to getting messages in Danish to being cut off. We picked up in Hirtshals,DK and dropped off on Copenhagen. every time we tried to reach the drop off location by phone it said it was closed (which according to the schedule it was not). Then we got central booking who told us to push #4 when prompted which went back to the closed message! Finally a nice agent checked it out and gave us the info. Finding the location and figuring out where to park was another guessing game. Another travel experience!
