That Hertz was willing to work with me, even though I rented through a hotel. I will never rent through a hotel because they have cars that need an oil change, incorrectly write down mileage on the odometer. Kevin F and Jack P took care of me and made me want to work with Hertz next summer when I will be back for another 6 weeks.Cons:
I did not know that the cars rented from a hotel are the second string. Cars that were in wrecks, but repairable. And the help that staffed these places, were unorganized and at times did not answer the phone. I will always rent from an airport because you get what you pay for.6,4 Okay

Pick up location was an hour Uber ride from Honolulu Airport. I thought we were booking at HNL. That’s what I booked for on price line. I believe it was their error. The district manager allowed me to return at the airport so that was great.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
