I got very disappointed, the D-day I learned at the rental office that my car reservation was cancelled without any mail information. I lost the day due to Enterprise. I'll nerver ever rent a car to Enterprise and tell that all around me.8,0 Very Good

Even though I booked the vehicle only for one calendar day, I could return the vehicle the following morning without extra charge.Cons:
The tank of the vehicle was only 3/4 full. Though I was told that I can return the vehicle at 3/4 tank capacity, it requires some extra calculations to determine the amount to fill to reach 3/4, whereas receiving a full tank, you just fill up to full again.2,0 Poor
