Pros: NothingCons: It would have been nice if they had the size of car I rented that would accommodate three car seats. It would have been nice if the location I rented from wasn’t closed, empty, and with a for rent sign on the window. It would have been nice if I didn’t have to drive around to other locations and be on the phone for two days trying to find a a vehicle and then in the end not get anything.

Pros: Staff was very friendlyCons: Employee presented insurance as a mandatory item , until I flat out said that I didn't need insurance. I could see some people getting confused and thinking they HAD to pay for it.

Price quoted on reservation was $87.00 for one day. High but at an airport. Then without ordering anything extra or changing anything, the price was $200! Got a Budget car outside ORD and saved big

Rental coat was more than anticipatedPros: Staff was friendly. Vehicle was clean and functioned well.Cons: Reserved a compact and got an suv so fuel cost was higher. There was a mileage charge added to the charge quoted on Kayak. Location understaffed on pickup.

Cons: I needed two forms of ID when I got there to use my Debit card didn't know this almost didn't get rental. I didn't get the car I wanted they really didn't care about helping get the right car. Will not be back!!

No carCons: The fact that I spent money on a taxi to get to the place where I booked my car and they didn't have any cars. So I spent 60 bucks going there and then somewhere else and got zero cars out of it
