Car was dirty, smelled, back seats were sticky had to go to the car wash wash the car, clean the inside of the windshield, tires were poor. Car had an annoying vibration from bad tires three different types of tires on the car and got pulled over in another state bcc tyre played expired in 20172,0 Poor

When I went to pick up the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke a staff. She told me no cars available!!!! Then the manager asked me to come inside .After a few minutes she told me to go outside and wait. Another staff came out and told me that no vehicle available. I showed the proof of confirmation, and I Asked why I'm not getting a vehicle , she told me there are so many other people made reservation before me. When I asked for the explanation she told me to get out of the office. Thank you Hertz for your excellent service 👏 😀 👍 🙌2,0 Poor

Cons:
We went to pick up our van and they said they have been trying for two days to get one. They couldn't get us one so we went to enterprise and had to get a suburban for 1325 dollars over twice the price. Avis said to send them the bill and they will send us a check for 500 dollars. With that vehicle gas was more and the 500 don't make up for our original rental price. real disappointed.Budget

The Vero Beach, FL staff was both friendly and helpful. Even though she was really busy she was professional and helpful.Cons:
It would have nice to have a shuttle service to take me home after I dropped off the car. I live in town and fairly close to the drop-off location.6,0 Okay

trying to get a hold of anyone at the LAX Budget was impossible. Circular phone promts just for a simple question. Also, the Indiana Budget guy said if we returned the car a day early, that we'd get a day off of our payment and I didn't see reflected in our bill after we dropped off the vehicle.5,6 Fair

Car was decent, but not anything I would take on a trip again.Cons:
They did not have the car class I wanted so I paid an extra $20 to "upgrade" or drive a nasty little car. Also, the agent told me I was covered with the insurance but it was marked as denied coverage in the box. We had a little discussion about that. Next time I go to an airport and pay more and be sure of what I am getting.9,6 Wonderful

Greg and Eric customer service was absolutely great! I loved the price and the features in the vehicle I rented. I loved how updated the 15 passenger van is...the backup camera was awesome! It made parking a vehicle of this size a breeze. I loved how easy it was for the passengers to get in and out of the vehicle. It made it very easily accessible for my mother, aunts and uncles to get in and out, especially since a few have physical disabilities.Cons:
I wished it came with satellite radio...although it came with a USB so you can plug in your phone...but it would of been a nice feature, and possibly a tv for the passengers...especially if you are taking along road trip. Not necessary but would be a great added feature.6,8 Okay
