Pros:Super helpful staff, short wait time, extremely clean and nice car. Left wallet in car by accident upon return and staff was beyond attentive, and proactive to help me get it back quickly.

Pros:The people who work in the office are wonderful, very nice. The car was immaculate had great features for Radio audio input. Was very spacious eg; legroom & trunk room it was a Nissan Sentra.
Cons:I didn’t like that they ended up not even having a car for me that I reserved 3 days in advance. Terrible service. I will never rent a car from Avis again!!! Their solution was for me to do a round trip rental when I needed a one way. Obviously that was not going to work for me.

Cons:The car was filthy. We ended up taking lots of pictures so we wouldn't be charged for the stuff on the ceiling and the red liquid on the floor. My 6 year old son was digging under the seat and found a prescription from a previous customer. Thankfully I was there and able to take it from him. Pick up was slow. It took over 30 minutes. There was trouble with a door shutting on vacation. Thankfully we were able to fix it.
Pros:Drop off was easy. Vehicle size was great.
Cons:Car was over an hour late and I was late for leaving on vacation. Car was filthy inside and outside. Fog light was burned out. It had no rear wiper blade to see safely. The front windshield was cracked and it was there when I took it off lot and they accused me for it. They never saw it i told them so they could fix it so much for honesty.

Cons:Car was not available at the location. The employees were not even there in the office, were in the backroom and then when they came out they were rude, not helpful. Was waiting there for about 20 minutes with no update on car and no help trying to get a car at another location. I had to make five phone calls before arriving at the location to confirm the car because they did not call back to let me know about the car status and I had to get a ride to the location. Horrible experience. Would never recommend. Ended up having to go to Columbus airport location and could not keep same rate (even though the employees promised it would be the same rate and even said they should be able to extend a discount for the major inconvenience). I ended up being late to a meeting I had to get to that day. The poor customer service and overall horrible experience ended up costing me time, money, and a major headache (about $8 for Excedrin Migraine, I'm not kidding).
Pros:The 2nd location stepped up and took care of us. Although, I am extremely disappointed that I was not informed at time of reservation, that they do not accept debit cards. I only travel with debit cards, and never carry a credit card. I was about to be stranded out of state without the ability to return home for something I had reserved nearly one month earlier. Fortunately, my son was still there and had had his credit card on him. Additionally, we were then hit for an under 25 fee, and also, then for me, as an additional driver... are you kidding? I will never use your service again, if I cannot pay for my purchase at time of reservation. Fortunately, I was able to pay for the rental with my debit card upon arrival, but this is ridiculous, and was much more expensive than what I had reserved. Some people just do not carry credit cards. I do not, and will not just to rent a car. IF I do not have the cash to pay for something, I do not buy it. My debit card is a is a MasterCard, so I do not understand this ridiculous policy.
Cons:initial location cancelled my order, after telling me few hours earlier they had no cars for me and would call me when they located a vehicle. My son and I were returning his truck at another location, while I called to see if a car was found. My automated response told me my order was cancelled. (not by me) Luckily, I was actually in another Budget location, and they were able to accommodate me.
