The car performed fine other than the odor. The delivery person was pleasant. The convenience of dropping the car at the airport was very nice.Cons:
The delivery of the car was slower than I would have expected. Was told 15 minutes and it was closer to 30. I was late to my appointment. The car had an awful smell of black cherry and cigarettes- we had to make the trip with the windows down. Noticed my credit card was charged 45.49 versus my Kayak receipt of 41.06. Had to call Enterprise. Their first response was that it was a road side assistance charge(that I did not agree to). I told them that sounds like a scam. They put me on hold then they agreed to take the charge off.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.10,0 Wonderful

Windows, inside and out need to be cleaned. Glare was horrible and dangerous. Back window especially dirty inside. New cars outgas all the time and the inside windows need special attention.VIPCars Recommendation
