Chris Frieh the agency operator was finally able to get a SUV for me. But he could never commit when there would be an SUV available. In fact, I took an SUV that was returned with 3/4 tank of gas and not cleaned because I needed to leave right at noon.4,8 Mediocre

Pestering about purchasing insurance. We get it, most people rented a car or two or three. The hours of the location did not allow for an after-hours drop in which was inconvenient. Check in check out process could be quicker. The vehicle was dirty and you can tell they did not take a look inside as I found wrappers and spare change.10,0 Wonderful

The serviceminded guy who helped us change our drop of station. We were not that pleased with the woman who helped us when we picked our car up, she was almost rude but we overcame that since the man was so mutch better to us. We're also very pleased with the price.Cons:

About an 1/8 tank shy of full but had just pulled out of parking lot and didn't want to go back because woman rental agent had been abrupt, rude, never smiled; poor customer service.
