The car ... A Dodge ChargerCons:
The desk clerk mumbled, was not overtly helpful. Finding the car in the lot was a challenge and no help was provided other than pointing in a general direction from behind the desk. the attendant who was working on a returned car parked right in front of us so we couldn't get out of the parking space in the lot. She looked at us several times and saw us waiting and did nothing ... Just slowly continued going about her business. We waited a long time for her to finally move the caro. When we returned the car the next day, the attendant mumbled a response to my question as to what to do with the keys. The driver of the shuttle bordered on sexually inappropriate comments to us (3 women).2,0 Poor

Pros:
Staff at the airport was nice. But on the time of booking they booked us at a location far away from the airport and the front desk service person could not find our reservation. Also we had to extend the rental later and the lady scheduling the change request talked fast and was very hard to hear.Cons:
Sending the car through a maintenance inspection and putting and air freshener in the car. It had a musty old odor of a smoker.8,4 Very Good

Really liked the car! 2018 Niessan Altima. The gas mileage was amazing! On one tank of gas, unleaded, that car drove 600 miles!! Really!! Price was good. The guys were professional.Cons:

After a 70$ cab ride to the hertz rental car location where you have me a confirmation of reservation they didn't have a car to rent. Thanks for nothing. Kayak is a terrible service.8,8 Very Good

Reliable car for a long road trip. Good gas mileage. Price when I checked out was actually $2 less per day then original quoted.Cons:
The location was tucked behind another building and the small sign had blown over from the wind that day, so I had driven right by, but when I called to ask where they were located they explained. The smell of the deodorizer was horrible when I first picked up the car I had to drive with all the windows down, later in the day I could smell the deodorize in my hair!!Avis
