Inside of car was clean. Had to ask representative to was car it was filthy ...he honestly seemed like he didn't want to do it. That wasnt the car i was expecting it was to low to the ground hurt my back getting in and out.

They canceled my reservation at 3pm the day before I was supposed to pick up next day at 8am. Not even 24 hour notice!!! Didn’t even offer to help find another car or give options. Just said it’s canceled. Terrible service!!
