Pros: Nice representative

Cons: Enterprise provided 6 passenger van as "similar" to 9 passenger. Charged me a day for reservation

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We returned the car in perfect condition but the guy who checked us out went out to the car and promptly removed the side mirror cover, then proceeded to tell us that he had to charge €1000 to my credit card because he said the cover was loose and would not go back on. Then he offered for me to come with him to try to put it on but he would not allow me to put it on and said we had damaged it. It was in perfect condition when I pulled into the parking lot and there was not a scratch on it but he said he has to charge me for the so called “damage” and that I might be able to get some of it refunded. He was obviously trying to generate more revenue for the car rental.

Cancelling A Reservation Is Impossible

Pros: They were great on the phone. But getting the reservation cancelled took three phone calls.

Cons: I didn’t like feeling like I would be charged after cancelling.
